Patrik Johansson is Chef Beurrier and founder of the Butter Vikings. Patrik´s has inherited his passion for butter from his grandmother who had a small butter dairy in the 1940s, 50s and 60s. He is currently the operations manager at the company. On the other hand, Maria Hakansson is the environmental coordinator for sustainable development. They were based in Sweden but since about two years they are based on the Isle of Wight.
They have supplied restaurant Noma during 6 years. Nowadays, they supply butter to restaurants in London and else where. The Ledbury, Claridge’s, Core by Clare Smyth etc.
