Mark is a part of the Meatopia team in London & Dublin. London Log Co supply all the kiln-dried wood & charcoal and Mark and his team run the fires and take care of everything fire-side for these amazing events. He has had the pleasure of working with the who’s who of fire cooking including Francis Mallmann, Niklas Ekstedt  and Yotam Ottelenghi to name just a few.
