Ágúst Einþórsson grew up in East of Iceland and studied baking in Reykjavik. He later moved to Denmark where he completed his education in baking and pastry making. He returned to Iceland in 2016 and opened Brauð & Co. bakery in Reykjavik. He now runs three Brauð & Co. bakeries in the city that are famous for their sourdough breads and cinnamon rolls. Ágúst has a passion for using locally sourced and organic ingredients. He places great emphasis on taste and quality of his breads and pastries that are made on-site. He takes pride in offering his customers beautiful and honestly made baked goods.
